 | Craig O. McCaw Mr. McCaw has served as Chairman of Clearwire since November 2008. Mr. McCaw served as original Clearwire’s Chairman since he founded original Clearwire in October 2003. Previously, Mr. McCaw served as original Clearwire’s Chief Executive Officer from October 2003 until May 2006 and as original Clearwire’s Co-Chief Executive Officer from May 2006 to January 2007. Since May 2000, Mr. McCaw has served as a director and Chairman of ICO Global Communications (Holdings) Limited, which we refer to as ICO, and has served as a director of ICO North America, Inc. since December 2004. Mr. McCaw is also Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and a member of Eagle River Investments, LLC, Eagle River, and Eagle River, Inc., and its affiliates, which are private investment companies that focus on strategic investments in the communications industry. Mr. McCaw also currently serves as a director of RadioFrame Networks, Inc.. Mr. McCaw is a former director of Nextel Communications, Inc. and XO Communications, Inc., formerly known as NEXTLINK Communications, Inc. |
